Booking, Payment & Cancellation:
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking/reservation, and the deposit will be applied toward the rental fee. No reservation is confirmed until the booking deposit is paid and a paid receipt is issued. All reservations must be paid-in-full 60 days prior to the date of arrival, or they are subject to cancellation without notice. Reservations for an arrival within 60 days must be paid-in-full at time of reservation. The owners will confirm each booking as soon as possible after receipt of the signed booking form and the deposit is received. The owners reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any booking, at any time, for any reason, at their discretion. Cancellations must be confirmed to the owners in writing or by email. In the event that a guest cancels a reservation or the owners have to cancel the arrangements due to non-payment of the balance due within the time allowed, cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
More than 60 days before arrival date, no refund of the 20% deposit
Less than 60 days before arrival date; 50% refund of total funds paid
If the owner can secure another guest for the dates you cancelled, they will issue you a credit towards a future stay or an applicable refund.
A credit card number must be given for all reservations to act as a security deposit. The property should be left clean and undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to charge the Guest for costs to cover any extra cleaning and/or damage repair. Guests will be notified within 7 days of any charges made to the card.
