Our townhomes feature granite countertops throughout, 2 master bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) with adjoining bathrooms, a third Mickey themed bedroom with a twin bed and twin over full bunkbed and full adjoining bathroom, an open kitchen/dining/living area with a fully stocked kitchen, a 6 seat dining table, 2 seat breakfast bar, 2 sofas and a flat screen TV. The second floor master bedroom includes a king size bed, with a master bathroom and a walk in closet. The first floor guest master bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoins the first floor full bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom is a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom that sleeps 4 in beds and features an attached full Mickey themed bathroom. The fully furnished kitchen has been equipped with everything you could desire for that quick snack or a family feast. We provide a Keurig Coffee Maker, Cappuccino Machine, and standard filtered coffee make to satisfy all our coffee drinkers cravings. Kitchen features Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, and tile backsplash. The townhomes include TVs in every bedroom, and a DVD player with complimentary DVD collection (rentals are available at the clubhouse). There are ceiling fans in every room, heating and air conditioning throughout, and complimentary WiFi. Games, books and toys are provided to help entertain all ages. The private splash pool has a child safety fence and may be heated during winter months. We also provide a charcoal grill to enjoy on the patio. For your little ones, we provide a complimentary pack-n-play, baby monitor, booster seat, umbrella stroller and high chair. Private BBQ's, full sized cribs, strollers, carseats and other items are available for rent through third party companies, we are happy to help you set that up also.
Windsor Hills is located 2 miles from Disney's Main Gate and minutes from dozens of premier shopping, dining and entertainment options. This 5 star, 24 hour guard-gated community features a 12,000 sq. ft. clubhouse complete with a large lagoon styled swimming pool with dueling water slides, children's splash zone, hot tub, movie theater, fitness center, game room, cafe and convenience store (http://www.windsorhillsmarket.com/). Other features include a castle-themed playground, sand volleyball, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, BBQ/picnic area, putting green and RV parking area. Welcome Centre staff is available daily to answer any questions you may have. Here you can request specific movies for the Theatre and borrow sports equipment such as tennis racquets, volleyballs, etc for a modest fee & fully refundable deposit. The Marketplace and Grill at Windsor Hills offers a nice selection of groceries, souvenirs, poolside snacks, and baked to order to pizza. They also sell a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Windsor Hills is an easy 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO), and just under an hour drive from Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB).
We own and manage our townhomes and also partner with a local management company that is just a few minutes from our property. We as owners, stay here ourselves at least two to three times a year. By doing so, we personally check all condo contents (bedding, towels, dishes, appliances, utensils, etc) to ensure everything is in good shape for your stay. If you need anything during your stay, you can feel comfortable knowing you can contact us, as well as have access to a local company that you can reach 24/7.

About the Owners
We live in Ohio and love to escape to the warm weather whenever the opportunity presents itself. The attractions in this area are amazing, you will never be bored. The first time we booked a townhome in Windsor Hills we were skeptical, we thought it was too good to be true...How could we possibly be staying in a 5 star resort, with tons of space and great amenities for less than the price of a hotel? It's not too good to be true!
We chose to purchase in Windsor Hills after we vacationed there several times. We love everything about the resort and the area in general! There are so many options within minutes. We rented and vacationed at Townhome A before deciding to purchase it. There is something for everyone young and old at this beautiful resort. Our home is within walking distance to all the amenities of Windsor Hills, yet we have the benefit of no rear neighbors. Enjoy the privacy of your own screened in patio and splash pool when you are not busy at the parks or taking advantage of Windsor Hills' beautiful amenities. We want others to enjoy their vacation in Windsor Hills as much as we have over the years.
